STUDIO POLICY
We have eyelash technicians with at least five years of working experience. It is to fulfill a client's need. Your appointment is essential to us. We have instituted the following policies for your relaxed and high-quality experience at the salon.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made online, by calling, or through text. Please text and call 914-494-7680 for an appointment.
Walk-ins are always welcome.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
NO EYE MAKEUP/NO MASCARA before your appointment. Any eye makeup or makeup residue would make lashes harder to attach.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel your appointment before 24 hours so that we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. There will be no cancellation charge.
LATE ARRIVAL/ NO SHOW POLICY
We cannot guarantee complete satisfaction if you are 15 to 25 minutes late. We will treat a NO SHOW for clients arriving after 35 minutes.
